Not making any progress??? Have you tried working out with a heart rate monitor? I believe 100% in the effectiveness of training while monitoring your heart rate. I mentioned earlier on how to find your max heart rate but I found a website that has an even better formula. Sally Edwards is a super author as well as a cancer survivor. She's worked closely with Lance Armstrong so I would say she knows her stuff. Here's the link to the site (Click here).
I've spoken with Todd at Cycle Mania and he said he would give a discount to anyone participating in the challenge. Just tell him, Alpha Oxy-Med sent ya. You can go from very basic to something with GPS. Either way, it is truly an effective way to train.
