Ok I don't want to step on anyone's religious toes or if you're not a religious person, I don't want to step on your toes either.
I won't go into detail (yet) about everything I think God can do (the Dude is God, He can do anything He wants to), but as far as weight loss is concerned, someone sent me this awesome website. Give it a look. Don't think though for one minute that you're gonna sit on your chubby rear, pray for weight loss and it's going to happen. Uhhh I just don't think so. He can though give you the willpower to be successful.
