Motivational Video

I'm sure most of you are not boxing fans, but I love this video.  Just for a second, look past the brutality of the sport and notice the art, notice the work, notice the focus and intensity.  Look at the speed in which they can move their hands, their skills with a jump rope.  My dad watched boxing every dang Thursday night when I was a kid and I couldn't stand it.  Now I look at it in a totally different light.   These guys work their butts off.  Just take a moment and watch and listen (the music is good).   It sounds crazy, but just watch their hands.  It's incredible.
