180!

Eight pounds since Monday!!!!  15 to go!!


Were slammed today, so I'll have to post later. 

No cheating or falling off the wagon this weekend people!!!!    Go for a walk, a jog, jump up and down, just do something (besides eat).   

Focus, Focus, Focus!!!!!  Drink a ton of water throughout the day.  Graze on fruit and vege's if you feel the need to snack all day. 

We're short handed today so I need to go clean some equipment.  Hope everyone is having a great day.  Sunday is supposed to be colder so make the most of tomorrow.
