Ok here's my delay in weighing in today...............The daily poo. Now don't tell me you don't consider this as well. You have to figure, the colon is what, somewhere near 5 ft long. Get a 5ft long balloon and fill it with water, how much is that gonna weigh?? Easily a couple of pounds. So in my tiny little mind, doesn't it make sense to have your daily poo, before you weigh in??? I know your saying, "ooh gross". But c'mon, it makes perfect sense, "no weighing until done pooing" :) That could lower your weight by a at least a pound. Now I'm not saying run out and grab the prune juice, but in my opinion, it pays not to include your poo in your weight:) .
