Do More

Ok Sorry, one more post then I've got to get back to work.  In one of the many books I'm in the middle of reading, this one called "The Life Plan", one thing sticks out.  The author, who is also a physician, says, we rarely push our bodies as much as we really could. 

Which brings me to this cartoon:
Do you run the 1lb Mile  or do you dig deep and push it up and over the mountain??  Do you quit the treadmill early or do you push yourself to finish the original goal of 30 minutes??   Do more than you normally would.  Everyday is new day.  Make each one count.
