Motiv8d

Dang "Motiv8d" won't give up!!!  Now she's 3 one hundredths of a percent ahead of me!!!

Another long day at work, going on 12 hrs now and it looks to be a couple more.  Did well with the diet so far though.  Oatmeal (the real thing) for bfast, chips and salsa for lunch, and a bowl of fruit for dinner (I did steal a bit of my sons pancake though). 

Hopefully this coming week will be a bit less hectic than last week and allow me to get to the gym.  I think my body needed the break though.  I was getting pretty tired.  I'll be ready to hit it again on Monday though.

Well gotta finish up here.  Hope this weekend has been a good one.
