4lbs Down

4lbs down to 184.  Lots to go, but looking forward to it.  Will hopefully hit the gym again around lunch time.   Today will be 1/2 hour on bike then triceps, chest, and abs.  Lord knows, I need to work on all of them.  Lose these miniature man-boobs (Spuds, don't say a word cuz you look the same and youre younger than me:)  )

I don't have man boobs !!! If yours drooped any lower....you could just tuck them in your belt !!! I'm four pounds down too....even with the mountain dew I had yesterday :)

Dude youre just in denial. An between your subsandwich and your mountain dew (i'm telling your bishop) we can all see how weak you are.

Don't worry about your moobs, you will grow into them.

Just keep starving yourself my friend....We will see you crack just like last year after a week or so. Slow and steady wins the race my friend. Oh, and go ahead and tell my bishop :P
